Where do I go to watch the show?

Go back to show page where you bought your ticket:  https://www.joshgroban.com/livestream

How do I watch the stream?

Just click on the same button you did when you created your account and made your purchase. For Example: Live Stream Access or VIP + T-Shirt (US). Then, just log in with the email and password you set up during registration.  If you purchased your pass via the Facebook, Google, or Twitter login buttons, make sure to use them now as well.  If you have any trouble logging in, please contact support@tourgigs.com.  

Is this a recurring charge?

No, this is a one-time purchase only. Some banks incorrectly report it as a recurring charge

Can I buy tickets for a friend?

Yes, through a special ordering process via PayPal.  Please request these tickets through this email accounting@tourgigs.com

When does the show start?

The show starts at 1 pm PT US.  We encourage you to log in 10-15 minutes early to ensure your connection is good. For those joining us who are located in different time zones, feel free to use the time zone converter below to ensure you log in at the correct time! https://www.thetimezoneconverter.com

When will I get my t-shirt?

T Shirts will be shipped 2-4 weeks after the performance.  

Where do I enter my T-Shirt shipping info?

You can double-check we have your correct shipping information in the “My Details” section of your account.  To Access, please log in to the show page and click on the green and white account icon in the lower right-hand corner of the page and then click “My Details”.  The shipping form will come up.

How long is VOD period?

Approximately 48 hours depending on where you are on the planet!

Is this part of my FOJG fan club membership?

No, this event is separate from the fan club account.  We require a new account to make sure your ticket can only be used by you.
